This class focuses on poses for pregnant women, to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labor.

    What to expect: helps with strengthening the pelvic muscles, energizing and relaxing the body.

Level of experience: None required, but sooner the better!
